Who We Are

President Mark Allen Ducote:

After a few summer stints in construction during my years in high school and college, I knew building and project management fell into my strong skill sets. After graduating Georgia Tech with a Building Construction degree…I could not find a job! Tough times led an opportunity to build a house from swallows of the earth to a beautiful mountain home for a dear family friend of mine in Park City, Utah. I now had a taste of both hands-on building and project management.

With this balanced experience under my tool belt, I was fortunate enough to get hired on managing high-rise and prestigious resort projects in Hawaii. Although my time servicing Disney, Marriott, Hyatt and the such in Hawaii was fruitful, my calling was to surf my way to the mountains of Colorado! Here I summited my career advances as a Superintendent and eventually Project Manager building small commercial sites for clients such as Starbucks and King Soopers.

As much as I enjoyed the commercial world, I had a desire to climb the ladder of my career and my passion for the environment. I spent a few years as a Director in the Energy Efficiency industry before I recognized opportunity to venture out on my own to create comfortable, functional, and efficient environments for the residential market.

It was then I decided to partner up with my friend, Blake Smith, to create a versatile company focusing on home improvement renovations and energy upgrades under the name of Prime Form Enhancements! We hope to continue to collaborate with homeowners around Colorado and enhance our customer’s visions into a reality!

President Blake Smith:

With an extensive background in Real Estate from Hawaii to Colorado, I have been in the Real Estate Development sector for over 15 years. From Real Estate Agent, Project Manager, and Home Improvement Contractor. I have a diverse level of creativity, planning and communication specialties that enhance our goal of bringing a homeowner’s ideas and vision to reality.

After working for years in the corporate setting I partnered with my good friend and colleague Mark to start our entrepreneurial journey in the renovation and Home Enhancement realm together.
